Datura ferox Angel's-trumpets

Similar to, but less common than Thorn-apple (Datura stramonium) with much stouter spines on the fruit and a smaller calyx. It contains a similar mixture of toxic alkaloids and cardiac glycosides and is equally poisonous. Veery rare in West Glamorgan with just a single record.
