L.
Campanula trachelium, Nettle-leaved Bellflower (Bats-in-the-belfrey), is a tall, roughly-hairy, perennial bellflower with triangular, pointed leaves that are coarsley toothed. It has quite a local distribution in Britain where it occurs in hedgerows and partially shaded areas in or near woodland, usually on basic soils. It is rare in West Glamorgan with records only from Gower.
