Caloplaca flavescens

(Huds.) J.R. Laundon

Caloplaca flavescens is a bright orange lichen which occurs commonly on calcareous rocks and concrete. It has quite prominent lobes which are long and narrow.

Listed by Alan Orange in Flora of Glamorgan (Wade et al, 1994).
