Caloplaca dichroa

One of the Caloplaca 'citrina' complex occurring on exposed limestone rocks around the Gower coast. The surface of the areolate thallus is covered with blastidia or granules. The discs of the orange apothecia can be frequent and lack pruina.

Not listed by Alan Orange in Flora of Glamorgan (Wade et al, 1994).
