Agaricus subperonatus

An uncommon species with a dark brown cap whos esurface breaks up into scales when expanded. The stem has a number of bands of partial veil below the distict ring and is pointed at the base. It is usually found on distubed ground, roadsides, parks and gardens particularly on organic rich soil. Ot is very rare in West Glamorgan with only record.
