(A.Evans) Grolle
Like Kurzia pauciflora, this is a tiny, dioicous, Suboceanic leafy liverwort, but unlike that species it grows in well-drained peat on steep banks. It also more scarce in Britain and much more scattered in Wales. However because of its small size it is difficult to find and it is also confused with other Kurzia species. It is very rare in West Glamorgan with just one confirmed site on Welsh Moor. Sporophytes are rare.
