Apium graveolens Wild Celery

Apium graveolens, Wild Celery, is a hairless, yellow-green biennial umbellifer with white flowers and a strong smell of celery. It is largely a plant of coastal habitats in Britain and in West Glamorgan, where it has a relatively local distribution, it is associated mostly with the brackish transition zone of the upper saltmarsh.
