Sacc.

Inocybe flocculosa, Fleecy Fibrecap, is a very common woodland species in Britain which is found in both deciduous and coniferous forests. It has a pale coloured stem which is powdery at the top above the web-like cortina, which is usually prominent in young specimen. The cap is fibrous, but the extent of its fleeciness is variable. It is probably widespread in West Glamorgan but under recorded.
