Caloplaca maritima

Listed as Nationally Scarce and is rare along the south Gower limestone cliffs, occuring at higher level than C. marina. Has a pale yellowish-white prothallus surrounding an areolate thallus with waxy apothecia.

Not listed by Alan Orange in Flora of Glamorgan (Wade et al, 1994).
